Radiant possesses state-of-the-art injection molding machines, which has helped us become one of the leading plastic mould manufacturers. All our machines are microprocessor controlled with multi stage parameter settings, which helps us achieve the highest levels of quality and efficiency.

We have the entire range of machines with clamping force ranging from 20 Tons to a maximum of 485 Tons. We also possess special purpose machines such as Vertical Injection Molding Machines for Insert Molding.

Radiant possesses its own fully equipped tool room to meet its requirements. Short delivery time for new developments is the essence of all contracts.

On receipt of orders from customers, component drawings and quality norms are discussed in detail. Before embarking upon mould design and manufacturing, detailed quality assurance plans are drawn and likely non performance areas are highlighted beforehand. High quality material from internationally reputed companies are used in making plastic moulds and due to strict quality control employed, the moulds are assured to be highly reliable and of international quality.

We have expertise in CAD\CAM and solid modelling software, which is essential to bring down the lead time for mold development. We possess all the necessary checking and testing equipment including a profile projector and hardness testers. Our tool room machinery includes CNC Spark Erosion, Lathe Machines, Milling Machines, Hydraulic Surface Grinders, Boring and Drilling Machines.
