Radiant has been present in the automotive components industry for over 14 years now, manufacturing plastic injection molded components including automatic transmission parts, radiator fans, auto electrical parts etc., for a large number of multi national clients across the country. Working in the industry which is so demanding in terms of quality and costs, has helped us hone our technical skills. By developing close relationships with its OEM clients, Radiant has inculcated their best practices as it has grown along with them.

Radiant has achieved 0 PPM with many of its major clients and consequently conferred Direct Online status. Moreover, we are on a daily delivery schedule with our major customers, thereby cutting down on their inventory carrying costs. The confidence placed in us by our customers can be evinced by the fact that Radiant is the sole supplier of radiator fans, automatic transmission parts and auto electrical parts for most of its major clients.

We have expertise in molding critical components for auto electrical parts, auto lighting, steering, transmission parts and cooling management systems. In fact, we have played a leading role in indigenization of components for our clients. We mold over 60 components for these systems, all of which process very close tolerances. The molds for these components have also been manufactured by us in-house. Some of our components are shown below.
